Who we hire. We hire locally, for roles across Hotel Hibiscus Garden, Kokodrilo Bar & Grill and our activities: hospitality, kitchen and bar, surf instruction and yoga teaching.
How we grow our team. Every team member is trained with a path to move up to management level. We also offer language enrichment and hands-on entrepreneurial training, so the skills you build here go with you.
